Key Considerations

  1. Mobilise on site, undertake Environmental Classification Testing (Soil Tests), Undertake in ground services surveying, Establish GPS, Establish Environmental, Controls (Sediment Control), Site Clearing
  2. Demolition of Existing Link Road including Kerb, gutter, asphalt road, subgrade, Kerb Inlet, Pit and in ground drainage
  3. Bulk Excavation & Pad Preparation for 8000m2 Facility. Bulk Excavation & Pad Preparation for new facility.
  4. Supply and installation of In ground drainage and headwalls
  5. Grade Preparation, Subgrade Installation Form, Reo, Pour Concrete Slabs – Total 1500m2
  6. Works included cut to fill across the site (cut on average at 0.6m, fill on average 0.9m). In addition two (2) redundant catchment basins weer infilled in layers using circa 6000m3 of fill media. Fill laid in layers of 200mm and proof rolled to achieve compaction in conjunction with the Geotech Engineer. Fill laid to -0.4m below top of slab level which was then followed by the installation of a 200mm DGB20 subgrade layer.
  7. Car Park construction – Construction of 9000m2 Carpark including in ground drainage, spray seal top coat and line marking
