Formed through the strategic partnership of BY Group, a proudly Indigenous-owned business, and Construction Control, BYCC combines over 50 years of collective industry experience with a shared vision: to deliver exceptional construction outcomes while driving meaningful social change.

We have an extensive network of SME and Indigenous suppliers across Australia and take a proactive role in engaging local subcontractors early, unbundling trade packages to suit regional capability, and providing mentoring to help businesses meet Defence quality and safety requirements.
